16 Week Workout Plan

Personal trainer crafted, weekly workouts, that you can do at home in 30 mins or less. These workouts are designed specifically for women and will build upon each other, progressing you into a stronger, more defined, more confident self.

Beyond The Push Fitness App

You will have access to the Beyond The Push Fitness app. You'll be able to document and track your progress, nutrition, follow along with your workouts and reach your coach in real time. It's like having your own personal trainer in your back pocket.

Nutrition Coaching and Guidance

Nutrition Assessment and personalized plan. We'll take a look at your current nutrition patterns and see where we can make improvements or build healthier habits. If you have a goal weight you're trying to reach, we'll put you on the right track to reach it.

Weekly nutrition check-ins will also be available to you to help keep you on track.

Unlimited Virtual Boot Camp Classes

As a bonus, you'll have access to Unlimited Virtual Boot Camp classes (with Lacey) for the duration of your 16 week challenge.

Exercise doesn't just mean the body. We'll also be doing activities designed to help you evaluate your life and the areas you want to improve. Each week there will be a short activity or topic to help progress you on your health and wellness journey.

 

Bi -Weekly Check-ins

You are not alone. Your coach will be with you throughout your entire challenge. In addition to the anytime support via The Beyond The Push Fitness app. messenger feature, you will also be able to have video chat check-ins with your coach every other week.
