Classes combine strength, cardio and core interval training; all from the comfort of your living room. Grab a medium set of dumbbells, a mat and join us. *This class is safe for pregnant and postpartum moms, but also safe and challenging for for all fitness levels. Trainer is certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness and can modify exercises upon request. Please inform instructor of any pertinent injuries or concerns.
To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. No refund can be given on classes canceled with less than a 24 hour notice. No shows will not be given a refund.
