Join Beyond The Push Fitness and Blossom Birth & Family as we partner up to bring you a FREE family fun day at Stafford Park in Redwood City, on Saturday, October 5th, at 10 AM! We'll get in a workout and a good stretch, then laugh, connect, and best of all, build community.

About the event
Join us with your friends and family on Saturday, October 5th, at 10 AM for a fun day at Stafford Park, exercise, laugh, connect, and build community. After a fun workout, grab some outstandingly authentic Northern Bavarian, i.e. Franconian, bratwurst sausages for lunch!
10 am --> Get your sweat on with a 30 minute, full body, Mama Beast Boot Camp workout
10:30 am --> Stretch it out with some gentle Yoga with Carolina of Blossom Birth and Family
11:30 am --> Stick around for a free sign language lesson with Happy Baby Signs
12 pm --> Mini Terracota Succulent
12:45 pm --> Have some outstandingly authentic Bavarian Bratwurst sausages for lunch
