I can help you overcome the hurdles of reaching your goals in a way that will work. I offer app delivered workouts to fit your busy schedule, but also live support and workouts via Zoom.

Your Coach


Hi, I'm Grinder. I am a certified personal trainer, a fitness enthusiast, and dad. I am also currently studying to become a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.


I have always been in love with fitness. I was introduced to it by my great uncle William Brown who was a personal trainer, kung fu grandmaster, and fitness coach until his death at age 98 years old. I started my journey about 9 years ago, two years after my mother’s passing. As a trainer, my hopes are to  help as many people as I can.


I am also the founder of Black Onyx Fitness and Health. I started Black Onyx Fitness, following the Motto of “New Mind, New Body, New You!”
